Economist, Social Scientist or Urban Planner
with a strong background in empirical research and ideally practical experience in the socio-economic evaluation of information technology projects.
Excellent English language and communication skills are essential. Experience in project management, knowledge of European institutions & programmes and additional qualifications in information technology would be an advantage.
